CUSTOM DESIGN AND BUILD

At North Castle Contracting we can complete a new home or cottage build from start to finish. We will work with you to develop concept designs, that include all the features and amenities you would like to see in your new home. Once we have the designs approved, we then work with local authorities to complete all the permits needed to start the project. Once we receive signoff of the permits, we begin our build. When complete, we provide you with Tarion home warranty you can rest assured that your new home will be picture perfect and even better than you dreamed.
